1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the rajbaj platform at rajbaj.bet ("the Platform", "rajbaj", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rajbaj. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use rajbaj you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rajbaj strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rajbaj or had an account suspended or permanently closed by rajbaj for any reason.
• You do not have an existing active account on the Platform. Each individual may hold only one account at any time.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or family member of a current employee or contractor of rajbaj or any of its affiliate companies.

rajbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of rajbaj services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you confirm that:

• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You will keep your registration details up to date. If your details change, you must update your account profile promptly or notify support via Telegram @rajbaj_official.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You will notify rajbaj immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You will not attempt to register more than one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds associated with them will be forfeited.

rajbaj reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in cases where the Platform determines, acting in good faith, that eligibility requirements have not been met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rajbaj Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern your use of the Platform's payment facilities:

• rajbaj accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. rajbaj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• rajbaj does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladeshi payment channels. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified name on your rajbaj account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• rajbaj reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where there is reason to believe that suspicious activity may have occurred on the account.
• Deposits made to your rajbaj account must be used for wagering. Accounts found to be cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay may be subject to investigation and account review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, rajbaj may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms published on the Platform.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Abuse of bonus offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• rajbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress by an eligible player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-calendar events are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

rajbaj offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting. The following terms apply across all game types:

• All casino games available on the Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider operates under its own independently audited RNG certification and fair-play standards.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the Platform's server, the server record shall be deemed the definitive result.
• rajbaj is not responsible for software or hardware failures on your device or network that affect gameplay. If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the Platform will attempt to resolve the round according to the relevant game rules. Where a round cannot be completed, any wager placed on that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided at rajbaj's discretion, and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, and any other form of fraudulent play will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in permanent account closure with full forfeiture of account balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

rajbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

rajbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest conduct.
• The player's account is being used for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has registered more than one account on the Platform.
• Continuation of the player's account would expose rajbaj or any third party to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, rajbaj reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where the Platform determines that fraudulent conduct has occurred, account balances may be forfeited in full.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support via Telegram @rajbaj_official. Any genuine account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player subject to standard identity verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rajbaj Platform, including but not limited to the rajbaj brand name, logo, domain name, website design, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of rajbaj or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of rajbaj. Any unauthorised use of rajbaj's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajbaj shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond rajbaj's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or your failure to notify rajbaj promptly of any suspected unauthorised account access.
• Any action taken by a third-party payment provider that results in a delay or failure to process a deposit or withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rajbaj's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

rajbaj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection principles and is secured using SSL encryption at all times.

12. Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency with any translated version. All communications between rajbaj and its players, including dispute notifications, will be conducted in English.

We ask that all dispute communications be submitted in English to ensure prompt handling.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Where amendments are material, rajbaj will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the rajbaj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rajbaj with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
